LA Kings Begin Stanley Cup Finals

The LA Kings are even right now playing game one of the Stanley Cup in New Jersey facing the NY Devils.  Kings vs Devils - -what more of a contest can you have?  I learned at four that KTLK was carrying the game on the radio and it seems NBC has the game on regular TV, and I’ll be watching most of the game.  Of course there are “fair weather fans” and of course the weather has been nice today.  (ha ha)  It seems that Lakers fans are switching over to being Kings fans and all of the sports outlets are now switching to Kings parafanalia.  Of course as you know I had grown tired of the LA Lakers years ago, because the team has been hyped on TV on a virtual round the calendar basic.  But I’m all set to rout for the Kings.  Those of you who left your federation membership card may want to discreetly skip the rest of this first paragraph.  Mal Evans is more revved up over the series than any time since the last time the LA Kings were in the Stanley Cup championship in 1993, I guess, and is doing everything he can to get the Federation as a whole revved up and maybe we got a few tricks up our sleeve to help the Kings win their games.  I’ll lave a lot more to either brag about or not brag about tomorrow.  But I guess the Devils have home rink advantage.  By the way my own personal “devil” who has been visiting me since the summer of 2004, has also been fired by Mal Evans.  It seems that whole bit with the thirteen year old female Romulan agent got him into trouble.  This guy is notable for doing “trash pieces” on people, and it seems Mal Evans had finally had enough of that.
We had good baked chicken tonight, and also sliced and otherwise ungarnished potatoes that desperately needed salt, and those yukky peas and carrots.  Dora made it all the way around the room with seconds on the chicken.  We had “Stephen King” ice cream for dessert, otherwise known as strawberry ice cream.  There was an “All in the Family” episode where Mike was talking about how the Catholic Church has modernized the mass and somewhere along the way Edith chimes in with “They’re using strawberry ice cream now?”  Heck, if they used strawberry ice cream I’d go to communion more often.  After this I made a coffee deal with Richard Moore while I still had the collateral to do it.  Richard gave me four cigarettes for a fairly large cup of coffee and it’s freshly brewed.  Afterward Richard took the time to complement me on the quality of the coffee.  I told him my brother got it from Cosco in the bright green bag, but I’ve thrown the bag away now and don’t remember the brand.  There was a radio thing on some young woman launching a carrier as a journalist with a cell phone for Video camera.  So is it really true that people don’t use stand alone cameras any more?  To me that sounds crazy.  In terms of our posting photo - - I guess I award this one “first prize” by last night’s batch.
The state senate is now making it illegal to provide sexual conversion therapy for your child, if you're a concerned adult.  This one's right up there in my oppinion with Jehovah's Witnesses banning blood transfusions for diabetics.  It's a needed "medical procedure' in my oppinion for a specific dysfunctional condition.  It is just another way in which Statists are taking away parent's sovreignty over how they raise their own families.  Clearly from everything I know- - gays weren't "born that way" but hit some some sort of "crisis' in life, where they abandoned normal relations with the opposite sex due to some mental abberation or personal conflict, which was never resolved.  In my oppinion, Samantha Brady has a perfect right to feel a sense of shame and guilt for her son, that somehow she had shorcomings as a mother for failure to see this problem and head it off.
They are now talking about this X ray telescope that features photographs a hundred times sharper than anything else we've seen from a telescope, if I heard right.  You know- - scientists must be learning a lot from all these instruments.  I wish they would share that information with us.
This is Wednesday May 30, 2012 at 3:30.  I’m just running through the coffee grounds again.  I think the coffee is going to last through three more cycles till at least Friday morning.  I had the Ed Schultz show on KPOJ on till the early commercial break before eleven.  I went out for a smoke and then went down early to look at the new videos on the screen of some activity in the dining room, which I can’t place.  Vince must be using an improved, sharper camera now.  We had better mushroom soup and good sloppy Joes with more of a barbecue flavor, and potato chips with generous cantaloupe for desert.  I got a second single bun sloppy Joe.  I had the last fifteen minutes of that Latino guy on KTLK and the first long segment of Randy Rhodes.  Then I put on the Rush CD “Test for Echo”, which is both the latest CD recording I have and the last CD I ever bought in May of 1999.  I played tracks 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7, which is “Dog Days’.  I sampled six but didn’t like it.  I might have played later ones only I thought I heard someone being called to the downstairs phone and wondered if it was me.  I spent the next ten minutes putting away the laundry.  Everything was there.  In soap land Will Horton has lost his job and has to give up his car and his nice apartment.  Apologies are just too late, and you really can’t blame E J.  Lexi found out from Abraham talking to Stephano about the gas in the tunnels, which is responsible for her cancer.  She asked Abraham, “How long have you known?”  Daniel came in on Nicole trying to switch the labels on the DNA samples, and we’re left hanging.
Randy Rhodes had a thing on Sheldon Addelson, who is this Jewish guy who says he is ashamed to wear a US military uniform and wanted to wear the Israeli uniform.  Sheldon has made any number of inflamitory political statements and contributed to every manner of right wing organization and tea party political candidate in 2012.  Now Randy is saying that Mitt Romney is stupid for wanting Trump’s help with the “long hanging fruit” because those dingbats are never going to vote for the President anyhow with their birther beliefs.  Donald Trump is smarter than Mitt Romney and is using Romney because he has no license for his casino in his hotel, so his may be the only Hotel tower that lacks a casino.  Amazing!  But I don’t think that Sheldon is the one for that, but Sheldon has a lot of money.  That’s for sure.  Now David Cruise is saying how much more confident and strident that Romney is now since he’s been around Donald Trump rubbing elbows with the “really big money”.  Below is a thing I pasted in.  I was thinking of somehow using it in a post.  And I'm going to use it but I'm pruning it way back, as I also pruned the thing back when I originally pasted it in Word.

Originally a Democrat, Adelson became a Republican as his wealth increased. "Why is it fair that I should be paying a higher percentage of taxes than anyone else?" he once asked. He began making major contributions to the Republican National Committee following clashes with labor unions at his Las Vegas properties.[7]  Despite the fact that no one's net worth has increased more since Obama's inauguration in January 2009 ($21.6 billion)[14], Adelson has heavily criticized the Obama administration saying “What scares me is the continuation of the socialist-style economy we’ve been experiencing for almost four years. That scares me because the redistribution of wealth is the path to more socialism, and to more of the government controlling people’s lives. What scares me is the lack of accountability that people would prefer to experience, just let the government take care of everything."[15]

For the 2012 United States presidential election, Adelson has said he will "fully support" the Republican nominee, Mitt Romney.  On January 7, 2012, Adelson bolstered Gingrich's then faltering campaign with a $5 million donation to the pro-Gingrich super PAC Winning Our Future.[29] By the next day, the PAC had reserved more than $3.4 million in advertising time in South Carolina, which included production and distribution of a half-hour movie that portrayed Gingrich's political rival Mitt Romney as a "predatory corporate raider".  On January 23, Adelson's wife, Miriam, contributed an additional $5 million to the same organization with instructions to use it to advance a "pro-Newt message".   Adelson told Forbes that he was willing to donate as much as $100 million to Gingrich. In the 2012 election cycle, he has also donated $2.5 million to the right-leaning Super Pac, Congressional Leadership Fund.  He also donated over $60,000 to the Republican National Committee. Politicians he has donated to since January 2011 include U.S. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), U.S. House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), U.S. Senator Dean Heller (R-NV), U.S. Congressman Mark Amodei (R-NV), U.S. Congressman Joe Heck (R-NV), and former Florida House Speaker Adam Hasner.  Noting the media scrutiny his political donations have received, Adelson has asked why the political contributions of labor unions have not received comparable attention, noting that unions spend worker-provided money while his donations come out of his own pocket and are smaller.

As you may remember in the final scene of “Oh God”, George Burnes says he’s going to Africa to spend more time with the wild animals because “I haven’t spent enough time with them lately”.  It’s kind of a touching scene and a reminder that ‘animals are people too” so to speak, with lives and feelings of their own.  We now come to that Mountain Lion shooting by the Santa Monica PD last week in a story that “slipped through the net” and I don’t think I mentioned on line.  Apparently the lion had wandered on to city street and was confronted by the Police and was bewildered and looking for a way of escape, like Trayvon Martin.  And of course the Police do what they do best which is shoot first and ask questions later.  Now the animal rights people, rightly in my opinion, are protesting the mountain lion kill.  They say that the PD should have a policy to bring in animal experts when confronted with such a situation.  We must remember that – not to draw any Chicano analogies or anything - - it is we who are encroaching on their territory with our increased urbanization, and we ought to “put things in perspective.

Mitt Romney Clinches Republican Nomination

Mitt Romney has clinched the Republican Nomination for President, because with his primary win in Texas he has gone over the majority number of deligates needed for 51%   Mitt Romney tonight will be in Las Vegas with Donald Trump.  I guess they can announce as their official Campaign slogan "We like Firing people".  In terms of media image the opposition will be armed with the ability to tag the republican party as "The Big Money" party.  But they do remind us that "Nominee Romney won't be picking his Vice Presidential choice till a few - - Weeks- - before the nomination.  I can remember when you were lucky if you got wind of the Choice a couple Days- - before that nominate was named.  They point out that President Obama’s birth was announced in the local newspaper in Honolulu.  That’s a little factoid I had forgotten and it pretty much ends the argument over birtherism.  On Tuesday May 29th President Obama gave the "Medal of Freedom" America's highest civilian award, to thirteen "accomplished" Americans.  One of the recipients is Bob Dylan.  Two others are John Glen and Madalane Allbright, America's first woman secretary of state.  Personally I think they might just as well go ahead and have the National election for President next week on June fifth because I think we have about heard everything there is to hear on the subject.  Otherwise there seems to be no news on either the campaign front, the legislative front, and no Supreme Court rulings coming out, and apparently nothing going on in International affairs, anywhere.
Now there is a new drought crisis this time in Niger, which is at the southwestern corner of the Sahara.  The people there just eat leaves.  And women’s diets are so poor they can’t produce milk.  The little children are grossly underweight.  The women put charms on their babies in a hopeless attempt to wart off all illness.  Meanwhile nature is at it in Italy.  In Bologna, Italy they had another strong earthquake after nine days and this one was a 5.8 and if anything it did more damage than the first one.  KPOJ has become so confident that they are now doing "Public service announcements" about indoor tanning beds.  Now the issue is seen as a "public health issue' and the implication is that indoor tanning beds ought to be banned outright, because they are that inherently dangerous.  And in California it was so hot that one black bear came down out of the hills into a back yard, which seems like an increasingly common incident.  The black bear was swimming laps in a swimming pool and the owner came out and the bear just kept on swimming but finally got out of the pool and yard and just went away.
The Catholic Church is suing the Obama administration over this health care mandate thing.  FOX news believes that the rest of the media is blacking out this story.  I wouldn’t be surprised if all sorts of news stories were surprised for whatever reason by the mainstreme media.  But FOX points out that this is a f---ing big deal because it is such court cases that make the history books of historic Supreme Court decisions, and no doubt this will be a major selling point for Mitt Romney picking the next Justice.
Well, it's a tribute to such a slow news period it is but we're going to talk a little about the whole Men in Black thing just briefly at the end of this following flash back from three days ago. - - - I slept fine till two when I got up to get a drink of water or something.  But I had trouble getting back to sleep so smoked my next to last cigarette at three.  Mario was out there wanting a cigarette and I was afraid he’d hound me the whole time, which thankfully he didn’t.  He went away.  But he was wide awake in his room with the light on listening to loud radio.  I was the guy who was trying to get sleep.  And of course Nancy flew into one of her early morning tyrades.  I woke at 4:20 to note the time.  When next time I checked it was getting light and it was five fifteen and I got up and took a leisurely shower.  I went and smoked my last cigarette and Richard offered me three more for a cup of coffee.  I happily said I was planning to make a fresh pot and poured his cup and got the three remaining cigarettes in a pack.  Then there was the witness talking about his experience with the Men in Black and those gray UFO creatures with the big black eyes we have adopted as kind of the archetypal standard for alien beings.  That's what I wrote Sunday.  They say the whole "Men In Black" theme is getting really to be a tired concept.  What's oxy-moronic about the whole thing is that if it's true that our government has some secret contact with Alien beings - - it's the worst kept "Secret" of all time- - kind of like Christianity.  Some people try and make Christianity sound exciting by saying that the most elite Christians were "crypto-Christians".  They say that Christianity had spread all the way to England by 37 AD.  They say that Pontious Pilate's wife was a secret Christian.  They say that even Nero's concubine was a Christian.  I have a question.  If she was a Christian what was she doing in that profession.  And what's she doing hanging out with a guy like Nero?  If God has really wanted the Gospel to be propigated into all the world- - he'd have made sure the message didn't get so garbled and the same thing with this whole UFO Alien business.  We are told Alien Beings are spying on us but don't want us to know.  So why is everybody in these movies "talking about it' if they don't want us to know?  It makes no sense.  Dr. Levy has propounded the notion of a "Hide and Seek" God.  Like he doesn't want us to be "that sure he's really there".  The problem is if this is really true why did he write Leviticus with all these laws with a mandentory death penalty.  And why is he damming 'Unbelievers" to Eternal Hell - - or a Religion he's doing everything he can to be "kept secret".  If it's really a Secret- - then I don't want to know.  I'll respect your confidence.  If it's really a Secret with "special knowledge" you wouldn't want to tell "just anyone' anyhow.  You wouldn't be renting out TV and radio stations and sattalites to propigate your message that "a secret".  Clearly this is a Secret whose only "Value" seems to be getting OTHERS to believe in it.  Chew on that one a while.  As for myself- - I don't think anybody reads me anyhow.  Sometimes I think I'm talking to myself.  Hell, if you really want to elect a Mitt Romney - Donald Trump ticket- - go ahead- - Be My Guest!

Exestentialism - an Exanguanating Exercise

First of all - how many of you are up on your French.  Do you know what "exanguanation" is.  it means the draining of all blood.  Today Dr. Levy showed up when I absolutely least expected him.  I was running the coffee grounds through again with one added spoon.  I had just turned on Days of our Lives, which was on and an exciting episode, too.  But I knew "money before pleasure".  I did get money from him today.  He had this poem he wanted to recite on the dignity of work in the Carl Sanburg tradition.  Which was fine except he heightened the notion of a closed factory being because of "this latest recession when occupy Wall Street was in force" and of course managed to drag President Obama into it saying that "because of him this factory is closed" though I think this poem may have been written thirty years ago or something during the "Allan Town" song era.  And then there was talk about the high speed railroad in California and I was listening closely to the remarks doing my best to hold my tongue on this whole matter.  And then people chimed in with "You know the high speed railroad is just a waste of time" and Dr. Levy quickly agreed. "We just haven't got the money".  I'd had it.  I said "If we were living in Roosevelt's day nothing would have gotten done because we'd be making too many excuses.  Not the TVA and not Hoover Dam".  I have a rather different definition of "Exestentialism" than they do.  My system is "The science of what really Exist and what really does NOT exist".  But normally it's tied to this downer "Life is meaningless and there is no hope" doctrine, that is utterly draining to the psyche.  As far as I can see if you want something really "pointless" - - extentialism qualifies.  There is this whole idea that God is this father figure whom we live for and have to please and now that we have discovered he doesn't exist we are depressed about it so all we can do (and collaberators like Chuck Smith agree) is just sit around and bemoan our hopelessness.  As to this whole fear of death thing it is a completely Dysfunctional and non productive philosophy.  Do you think young kids or even teenagers worry about the idea "My life may not last forever.  Perhaps I'm not immortal".  That's silly.  Kids just have better horse sense than to worry about anything so distant to their "Now" and that they can't do anything about anyhow.  That is the alcholic's prayer you know.  The courage to deal with the here and now- - and not sweat the stuff you have no control over- - and the wisdom to know the difference.  Dr. Levy had a very good reason for not being here last Thursday.  And I have money now for two packs of cigarettes.  And I am always grateful to him for that.  I'm tempted to be grateful to "God" too.  And if God wants me to show him gratitude than I am.  But as I say, I really don't think God even bothers with human emotions.  Besides - if God really WERE a good parent figure, then he'd realize that there comes a time in a person's life when they have to think on their own.  (Selah)  But it never hurts to have a sense of gratitude twords anyone who has served to make yours a better life- - and I suppose that even included the military though for the Life of me I can't see how killing a few Al Qaeda over on the next ridge will make lives here in America better.  But everybody needs to be gratitude for the work other professions contribute twords making your life in America more pleasent, even the waiter who got your order wrong at Denny's this morning.  As Dr. Levy points out, "All work has dignity" and I'd like to give a strong Amen to that statement.  And now we'll get on with the previously scheduled program.

Don't mind her.  I think she's just auditioning for the cover of "A Hard Day's Night", or something.

Now we're going to weed out the contenders by how they answer these ten simple questions.  I don't guarentee how this long this blog will be here, but it's here right now and- who knows?

1.  This is a big one so choose wisely.  What is by FAR the WORST song the Cherrels ever put out?

2.  Who is the more attractive woman - - Brittany Speers or Jenifer Lopez?

3.  If you were forty back in 1965 which woman would you seek to date if you had your pick - - Jayne Mansfield or Elizabeth Taylor?

4.  Who is the more tallented artist?  Brian Johnson or Bon Scott?

5.  Which Singer has more personal charisma - - Sammy Hagar or David Lee Roth.

6.  If a gun was put to your head, which Presidential Candidate would you vote for - - Mitt Romney or Pat Buchannon?

7.  In that vintage X and 0 analogy we "revived" in our last posting.  How do you view the world?  As an X or as an 0.  In chess methodology I was one and Bill T was the other, but I learned from Him and became a better player but still never lost my basic "proclivity".

8.  Which is more important to you.  "Doing things right" or "Doing the right Things"?

9.  Do you believe in a marriage "Little white lies" are essential in maintaining a good relation between the sexes?

10.  What "subliminal message" is carried in the songs "Dizzy Miss Lizzy" and "Venus" (the old Frankie Avalong Song) that makes this songs so "subliminally appealing for those looking for a steady, long lasting relationship they can trust in?

We're pretty much "Old School' around here.  A month or so I promoted 92 JAM from number twelve to number five on my radio.  I guess if this were "Snake Pit" that would be making progress.  In terms of that Mark and Brian technology quiz, also of ten questions, I pretty much flunk that one.  I still use a land line.  Why should you pay money for unreliable servace that cuts out at the wrong time, and the sound isn't as good.  I also use a desk top computer.  I still play CD's and played "High Voltage" this morning.  I am slowly making a couple of concessions to the future. Digital radio on line is better and those headphones actually work.  The headphones to my radio are pretty much shot, and there is no static on line, which is nice.  I sometimes watched an extra episode of "Family Guy" or my soap opera when I'm at Dr. Levy's class on a Monday, or last year I watched most of "24" on line.  And I do catch Face the Nation or other news shows such as Hardball on line.  I guess the only question that I pass unquestionably with flying colors is that I DON"T have an AOL e mail address.  On rare occasions I will take a glance at their site.  "Low Riders" is coming on right now.

ZAC Tarot Cards that have been Changed since inception in spring of 1978.  This is kind of a "Historic review".  When George Burnes in the Oh God movie looked at that "theological proficiency test written in Ameriac- - he responded, "Oh, it's a history test".

THE DEATH CARD  Of course Celesste is technically right about Death not always being bad, but in the context of most Tarot spreads, make no mistake, it usually is bad.  Can you name the group that Judas Priest replaced as the original pick in 1978?  We have named it.

THE HIGH PRIESTESS  This one is simple.  Just name the group we replaced Ted Nugent with.

THE MAGICIAN  OK just name the "origional group" at slot number 17 prior to the Grateful Dead

THE SUN  For a while instead of the Jefferson Airplane we use another spin off artist who is (or was) the lead guitarist for another Band on this list.  Can you name him?

THE TOWER  This is now a "shared" card.  Bruce Springsteen has to "share this' position with Whom now?

THE DEVIL  Name the origional spring 1978 group you-know-who wanted but I said my choice was more marketable.  The odd thing is that HIS group actually was the one who set up MY pick for their first gig at the Whiskey in 1976.  As you know this group was replaced by Pink Floyd around 1981.

"Perception" Is All We Have - - - Neil!

Featuring New and Improved Clarity and Resolution in the Green portion
-Monday evening May 28th. 2012

Neil Savedra in this mornings little lecture said one thing that is highly misleading and tending tword "word play" that needs to be addressed.  He said "Perception is not truth".   He also said "Perception by the very definition of the word implies some sort of Distortion or Falsification of the Truth.  Many people will take this saying and "run away with it" saying the following, that "The Greatest Truths of God Cannot Ever Be Proven" for this very reason that the mere act of Proof to a human being necessarily (of an ontological necessity, if you will) requires "Perception".  They say the most important organ in the human body is the Brain.  And it's the Brain's full time job to "Perceive" the world we live in and convey the reality of it to us.  For Neil to thus discount The Brain in this capacity- - is to deny what IS.  And THAT to me constitutes his OWN Falsehood!  Now psychologists use the word "perception" in a rather different manner meaning "mental abberation".  But my theory is 'Love the Brain - - Clean up the Abberation".  What say you, Neil?  It's rather silly for God to say 'I just don't see why you humans are so bothered by Time.  If God doesn't know why TIME is important to humans it may be because he lacks even the Capacity to PERCEIVE the IMPORTANCE or for that matter even the Existence of TIME.  (Selah)  One might say that "It is cold here near the South Pole".  Is God going to say "What?  You are tired?  You are Cold?  You are Hungry?  Why - - I have never been these things.  Therefore since I, God, am the Be all and End all of what's real and important, these needs you speak of must not BE Important.  It's like when I pointed out that Bill Clinton raising taxes resulted in a shot to the economy in ALL sectors and eliminated the deficet entirely, all Dr. Levy can do as a response is to say 'Well - - I don't KNOW about that".  In essence he Deifies his OWN IGNORANCE of the subject and defines that very Ignorance as the new Normal.  If Neil wants to talk about "Defining Down" - - this is the epitomy of it!  (Selah)

It would seem some claim that when Jesus said "Blessed are those who mourn" they mean "morning for the loss of God in their lives", like when the Doors say "Heartache and the loss of God".  They would have you to make something they themselves state cannot be proven, because the organ we humans need to "perceive" a thing is by Neil of KFI's stipulation "inherently false and distorted".  As such they appeal to a truth and their own License to laud it and rule over our Lives- - they appeal to a Truth they admit will never be proven in this life anyhow.  And then they compound their mental error by saying our sense of "unfulfillment' in our Lives, which if we are "unsaved" they will do everything they can to exagurate it- - said "unfulment' is due to this "loss" of what they in their own imagination and mental disfunction- - Claim is the ONLY thing that will truely remedy our state, and if we will not bow down and Submit to their lecture- - thenceforth they have no use for us in their own lives.

It seems the polling on Black gay marriage is changing as Blacks are coming to accept the issue as a “civil rights” issue.  Don’t expect me to change my position though.  Come back and ask me that question in ten years and see if my morals have declined sufficiently by that time to be permissive of gay marriage.  We’ll see.  The other issue is the whole Wall Street thing.  The whole incident with Chase bank a couple of weeks ago, and the Zuckerman thing with Facebook that just happened- - should serve as a warning that the Wall Street illuminati don’t know everything, despite what Judy says.  And now there are people who may now be open to more legislative action, because of these two obvious events.  Also it seems the President Obama is now leading 48% to 44% over Romney both in Ohio and in Virginia, and the President right now is even a little ahead in Florida.  The other two states he is just “beyond the region of statistical error”.  I am encouraged by the news, because of Obama can “nail down” states now, it’s insurance.

Yesterday, May 24th was an occasion for four birthday.  There is Radar on MASH and also Tommy Chong, whom they said turned 74 but I think they meant 64 because 74 would have made him awfully old forty years ago.  Also Pricilla Presley turned 67 yesterday and the biggie, Bob Dylan, turned 71 yesterday.  He’s so old with the ravages of drugs I haven’t seen him perform live in an awfully long time, and the last time I did maybe fifteen years ago he seemed awfully ragged.  We have the predicted cooling trend in the weather and last night I put Terry’s blanket on my bed for the first time in quite some time.  We now have ventured on to page three here in “medium wood” with the size 14 font.  Last night when I was in the other file, everything I typed came out as a continuing blue line.  Something from that blog posting messed up something and it took time ti figure it out.

MY LETTER TO AL THE OTHER DAY

Sarah took me to the bank today and she didn't have to.  I went to a branch that was even closer to here at Sarah's suggestion.  The tellers there are really friendly and cooperative.  Dr. Levy didn't show yesterday and I thought I could get some money from him.  Sarah says Dr. Levy always used to call her up and say what was going on, but he hasn't been calling her lately.  Dr. Levy has a growing record of talking big and then being unreliable.   We had three good meals today.  We had scrambled eggs and pancakes and corn flakes for breakfest, BLT's and a good soup and an orange for lunch and barbecued, spiced yams and corn and rainbow sherbet for desert for dinner.  We had our resident's council meeting today.  I said I was glad they have again been including egg salad sandwiches for evening snack.  There is talk about setting up a pour your own coffee pot for residents at 6 AM before breakfast.  They want to move shopping day till just BEFORE we we get paid.  I said that was a bad idea, but Pete just said "You people need to learn to budget your money".
R
RE INVENTING THE WORLD - FOR DUMMIES

Using the photographic analogy - - going from the objective to the perceived ONE becomes infinity.   That is, restating this argument in reverse - what is subjectively infinity is objectively a one, in this case both focus and undistorted, so Neil S take notice.  The "objective" One becomes perceptive infinity in the same way that Wayne Dyre may have stumbled upon a possible inadvertent truth as has Gnosticism that “We all have the ability to become God.  But we have to BE him in HIS world and not ours.  We have to reflect outward (but not inward- remember the stadium plackard) and as such the Justification for our “focused on self” nature is that in turn we “Give God the Glory” for reflection exactly what we alone were created to be.   And under the perceptive system or "number progression the top number exceeds infinity while the other only goes to ONE. Though in both Art and Photography theoretical numbers are possible, they DON"T happen, so in that sense they "don't exist" any more than they do in Einstein's addition of velocities equation.   Under subjective view- the hypothetical (actual physical measurement, if you want to get down to it) viewpoint may exceed infinity an unlimited number of times and never run out of factors, that can well be what are known as “rational” as well as “digital” factors of that ethereal Infinity.   The objective frame realm has a maximum of “One”  - -

In terms of minimum readings- - under REAL or circular or “natural” trig- - - in terms of existential reality  using the photographic analogy rather than pure geometry- - -the “modification of image” can never dip below one, or “lens flush with the object. Now the question arises why this number isn't "zero" rather than "one".  In terms of the ammount of Refraction as in index, it's Zero, but as a "distortion factor" the number would be One.  In terms of the hour glass "sand" analogy - - we stipulate that any "off centerdness in the vertical slice line can ONLY occur in the "more oblique' direction.  The idea is that 45 degrees is considered the "perfect" or ideal angle.  Any tangent of greater than a one has an increasingly oblique relation to the shortening base liine, if you can follow that.  So you can make it one or Zero and if you're more comfortable with the Zero for refraction index, that' fine.   However in hyperbolic trig” logic- - there is no hypothetical limit to how “micro” we can get. However by stipulation - neither equation crosses zero.  .

A tangent S line is vertical and backward S for circular trig and a horizontal Trus "S" or reversed so you have bo both reverse and turn sideways.  Turn the sand into a milky way bar- - and a horizontal slice of the cone is circular and a vertical slice is parabolic.  This constitutes another flip flop of “classic” trig tangent lines yet by machinations of THESE TWO ILLUSTRATIONS means each one is represented as the other.

The word parabolic is Greek for "over-thrown".   Space orbits exhibit the same gemmetric qualities as light and “The Universe is “perceived” by a traveler at various speeds both below and greater than light.  Here the analogy is DIRECT with the hyperbolic one- - - as just this in BOTH EXAMPLES.

Circular deals in degrees but hyperbolic has to do with times and sample numbers and probabilities.  God views life looking “down” (a directional anachronism) on us and seed our life reality in terms of geometry and physics.  We look at our own lives in terms of “how much time we have” and “chances left to succeed” which God from his vantage point doesn’t care squat about.  Subjectivism thinks in terms of time intervals.

There is a reason for believing there is ‘Another Side” to physics based on cold, hard trig math calculations.  (Selah)  It’s primarily to a switch operator in an equation being either a plus or a minus.  But the rest is “played out” by the same Rules.  Both sets of trig figures have the same "mathematical relation to each other".   One has a root of a circle - - and the other has a root of a "freeway interchange".  Graphing them - - one set of three appears to traverse the whole chart with equal importance.  But with the other all of the "action" is near the center of the chart.  Here the analogy is also DIRECT in that “centerdness”  or "activity eminating from the center - - is something that is Beyond God’s capacity to know, apparently.  One must bear in mind that God doesn’t care squat about whether HE is “worshipped”.

Circular space is on the Outside looking IN  - - Hyperbolic space is on the Inside looking OUT.  Circles might be viewed as O’s in a football game playing defense.  The goal is always to preserve the status quo.  The hyperbolic is the X or football offence in this equation.  In terms of tripped out "spacy' ideas we have not a few trippy premises we need to learn.  These are distilations of premises and principles of this "new kind of space".  IT AIN;T EASY

Space is not empty according to Astronomy Case so zero is not really zero but it's all relative just as Newton and Einstein or even Kurtosis statistics go.  So if you can have a "negative refraction index" assuming "ether' is zero, it means light curves away from objects "less dense than ether" rather than tword them .

George Burnes as God told John Denver "I'm not gas" and yet in a universe where everything repels everything else in some sense- - you have a gas where one molicule traverses the whole Universe.  To say that we ARE gas would be an overstatement, yet if you want to apply “physicality” to our existential reality- - the physical and chemical laws are as with a gas that fill a container.  The impulse of an X on offence is to “fill up” the remaining space.  The object of an 0 defence is to keep things to defined localized perameters.  (Selah)   An aspect of this theory that is a bit exestgential is that you are most "focused" when you are totally centered on "self" and nobody else.  (huh?)  In this view your rational mind is the "lens" and the Creation of God is the "light" that reflects off of you to others, but not for yourself.  So the adage is true “To thine Own Self be True.  If we cannot be true to ourselves, then we cannot be Focused as a creation of God.

Assad Killing Spree in Syria Continues

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu condemned the recent massacre in Syria's Houla, expressing "revulsion" and placing blame for the incident squarely on Syrian President Bashar Assad. Netanyahu joins a growing chorus of condemnation by world powers, including the United Nations, the United States, Russia, the Gulf Cooperation Council and the European Union.  Forces loyal to Assad killed at least 108 people and injured around 300, mostly women and children, on Friday in Houla in Homs province, according to the UN peacekeeping chief Herve Ladsous. The event marks one of the biggest massacres of the 14-month uprising against his rule. Syrian authorities have denied carrying out the attack, instead blaming it on "terrorists."  "Prime Minister [Binyamin] Netanyahu expresses his revulsion over the ongoing massacre being perpetrated by the forces of Syrian President Bashar Assad against innocent civilians, which continued over the weekend in Houla and included dozens of innocent children," a press release stated.  Netanyahu also took the opportunity to condemn Iran and Hezbollah for their roles in the ongoing violence in Syria. "Iran and Hezbollah are an inseparable part of the Syrian atrocities and the world needs to act against them," Netanyahu said.  You know, I don’t think this administration has sufficiently stepped up to the plate on this issue, and it would be a good idea to listen to John Mc Cain’s suggestions in this area.  I know that Larry Elder is only in favor of wars of economics such as oil fields and not humanitarian concerns, but I think it would be an excellent time personally for the United States to send a signal to the world that this sort of thing will not be tolerated.  I’d encourages those who have the faith for it, to pray for a victims.  Since we posted this in Word first, I don’t believe we should have transfer format problems.

I eventually turned Leo Le Port back on after borrowing a cigarette from Steve, but that was over an hour ago with no prospects in sight in the foreseeable future.  After the two o clock news on KFI I went out for coffee call which I heard.  It was a lengthly wait of over twenty minutes and the weather had  warmed up.  The four remaining birds were in the cage.  Phyllis Green and Loretta were talking about beloved relatives whom them seldom see.  Phyllis said one lady twenty years her senior would be 111 in twenty years and that date was important somehow.  John Powell asked what next year would be and I said “2013” and there was talks about thirteens and jinxes and I said “I guess it will be the only thirteen year in our lifetimes”.  Of course speaking of longevity- - as you know Grandma had a brother named Philip- - I was reminded last Saturday.  That’s his real name though Mom always refers to him as ‘Uncle Budd”.  No word on whether his mother’s maiden name is Kiriacus, and that’s a really out of date joke.  Of course Uncle Bud is the father of Richard and Roger Hiss and Aunt Esther is the mother of only child Pat.  The last time I checked the entire quartette of first cousins are still alive.  The TV had commercials on 7, 5, and 4 with golf on two, so I needed to find a way to kill some time.

Leo was just a tad in math error when he spoke of projector “throw distances” being “exponential” in the way most people think- - of being logarithmic.  This is not a logarithmic reading but a squared reading to be precise.  That’s different.  That goes for bulb brightness and probably the size and expense of the projector.  I didn’t know hanging projectors from the ceilings was so common.  “Anywhere we want”.  Of course those same peramaters apply for screen area - of screen face in the eye ball.  I kind of knew file names were re-written in deletion but I thought they just started with the EOF ASCII(26) character planted at the beginning.  But Leo says they use a special upside “e” character as the first file name letter.  Do they ever use dollar signs instead like in Windows?  Leo says that de-fragging flash drives are counter-indicated.  DON”T do it.  Because erasure of files only wears them out quickly because as Judy says, “Flash drives don’t last forever”.  Flash drives have random access and therefore defragging is utterly pointless, having zero “seek time”.   But the other thing besides this and processing speed that can slow down a computer is a slow “data BUS” that moved data around internally within the computer.  Basically Leo says “Get a new whatever you need because everything is so cheap now”, in this throwaway culture we have- - but don’t use the public land fills; you can’t do that.  Sometimes callers complain about recent versions of Microsoft Explorer screwing up.  It seems that somehow file names get confused with URL links.  How?

In other news -  this was the most exciting Indy 500 in years.  The race had just about a little of everything.  It featured the most lead changes ever in a race, at 30, beating by one the old record set back in 1960 at 29.  It seems there were three guys who were friends and whichever one of them won, the other two would be happy.  The winner was Dario Frankie, or something.  Hurricane Baryl is expected to hit landfall in Jacksonville, Fla by tonight and that “the outdoor jazz concert is canceled”.  And gasoline prices are actually falling here in California, but not by much, but continuing down in the rest of the country, giving Karl Rove ad planning nightmares.  Click-it or ticket appears to be very successful and this weekend the cops are out in heavy force on California highways.  Seat belt violations in California are down dramatically since the program has been in place.  And then we have that Pakistani doctor put in trial for working for our CIA.  As our government points out to the dullards within the Pakistani govt, our mission in Pakistan was not against their government but against Al Qaeda.  If they don’t drop all charges against this doctor, I think the US should “Do something to make the Pakistani government regret it”, but I don’t know what.

- - - But What Is Truth?

Pilate:  Talk to me Jesus Christ.  You have been brought here. Manacled, beaten - by your Own People.  Do you have the first idea why you deserve it.  Listen, King of the Jews - - where is your Kingdom?

Jesus:  I have got no kingdom in this World, I'm through - - through - - through

Pilate:  Where are you from.  What do you want - - Tell Me

Pilate:  How can you not speak when I hold your life in my hands?

Jesus:  You have nothing in your hands.  Any power you have comes to you from Far Beyond

Pilate:  So you're a King

Jesus:  It's you that says I am.  I look for Truth - - and find that I get Damned

Pilate:  But is Truth?  Is Truth unchanging Law.  We both have Truths.  Are mind the same as yours?

"You know what your supporters feel - - you'll escape in the final reel"

-someone in the croud on the day Crestus The Egyptian was scheduled to be crucified - - November 24th, 29 AD

You know when I was listening to Neil give his little speech this morning on KFI I had a little Deja Vu of that one song of mind- - Hattie Carol.  The one where the Judge sits up there and pounds his gavvle and talks about how this Court is not biased, and that Justice has no top or bottom to it, just before letting a convicted murderer off with a six month sentense.

-Bob Dylan - (just maybe)

Just Gimme Some Truth.  Half the Beatles- with George Harrison recognizable on lead guitar on that song.  As you know "Truth" is my all time favorite post Beatle Lennon song and Chris Carter just played it on all request Sunday.  I'd like to thank Chris for reading my little posting of the other day.  At first I thought he was dropping a hint- the one about "Calling the shots" but I wasn't sure, but then he said the one about Ringo and THAT one was no coincidence.  He's read my posting.  And if Neil S wants consisency yes I'm well aware that Kurt played with Stu- - and myself on Sirius A in the summer of 1994.  But "you can't mention everything- - every time" you know.  But right now I'd like to lay a little outtake on you and for this one, source format is fine with me.  I'm not going to explain it afterwards either.  You'll just have to figure out this one for yourself. OK not THAT native.  That's like that opening for the part of a Surgeon was applying for. "We want Ugly but we want Hollywood ugly and not Your kind of ugly.  So - - we'll try and 'fix" it to make it presentable.
OK.  We are having format problems.  Should we remain in Italics?  Today we are going to discuss a topic newly coined by me today called Exestential Hyperbolism.  The last time I tried to coin it was a word I think it was “transportational arbitrage”, but that was a problem there of the word “arbitrage” has this connotation of “having your cake and eating it too” and in time it breaks down into “having either one of the other but not both”.  The transportational arbitrage centered around the existential question of “Can you say that something is false because you yourself KNOW it to be false because you deliberately “set up” the experiment so that the real truth could not be proven?  Think about it.
Then it was the Jesus Christ show.  Today Neil wanted to tell us about Truth.  I never got his motivation or inciting incident that stimulated the remark.  Michael Benner always wants to know what ‘stimulates” people into responding the way they do.  He talked about perception and circumstance but how Truth never changes.  I don’t dispute this.  Two and two is always four.  The question is how relivant is that fact when you’re in a thunder storm and you’re sitting under a big tree in vain pursuit of shelter and it’s leaning over you and you hear this cracking sound in the trunk and you see the ground is getting soaked and roots are exposed.  Your Truth at that moment is that you “get out of the way”.  A big tree falling is only a blip on the news radar but for you it could be “It” if you don’t act.  Truth is true, but “what you should do at any given moment” is entirely dependant on circumstance.  If you’re in an old clay house and you are experiencing a 6.0 earthquake in Italy your “truth” at that moment is to get out of that house before the roof falls in on you.  The Truth is that God doesn’t face the same perils in life that we earthlings do.  So unless we can take a magic pill and become like God in all aspects, our immediate Truths are different from God’s.  Of course when he does that “Are You Ready” raucus opening I’m thinking “You know- - if such pretention and show biz would degrade Thom Hartman as a person, what would it do for God?  Neil admits his program is “radio theater” but Jesus of the Bible said that one thing he hated above all else was “hypocracy” of walking around wearing a mask to hide our true feelings all the time.  Do you think Jesus Christ would really have flashing lights like a superbowl performance with cheer leaders jiggeling their boobs with Janet Jackson leading the pack, hopefully with no wardrobe malfunctions?  You tell me.

We want to know “The Facts” about Obama’s birth certificate.  I was just checking for witnesses who knew the Obama parents in Hawaii.  I found none.  We did get the standard story from Wickipedia about how Obama’s father came to be living in Hawaii to begin with.  Here is, if you will the Obama “birth story”, which probably has a whole lot more reliability than the story about how Jesus of Nazareth was born.  So why isn’t he referred to as Jesus of Bethlehem since so much was made of his King David pedigree in Luke.  Perhaps this is the first “fact” that Neil of KFI might want to investigate.  Breakfast will be in a few minutes.  It’s 6:57 now.  I guess in the “transit” of Jesus’ soul from Heaven to earth the “adopt destination formatting” option was taken by the Holy Spirit - - in his insemination of The Word in Mary.

Obama was born on August 4, 1961, at Kapiʻolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital (now Kapiʻolani Medical Center for Women and Children) in Honolulu, Hawaii,[2][4][5] and is the first President to have been born in Hawaii.[6] His mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, was born in Wichita, Kansas, and was of mostly English ancestry,[7] along with Scottish, Irish, German, and Swiss.[8][9][10][11][12]His father, Barack Obama, Sr., was a Luo from Nyang’oma KogeloNyanza ProvinceKenya. Obama's parents met in 1960 in a Russian class at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, where his father was a foreign student on scholarship.[13][14] The couple married on February 2, 1961,[15] separated when Obama Sr. went to Harvard University on scholarship, and divorced in 1964.[13] Obama Sr. remarried and returned to Kenya, visiting Barack in Hawaii only once, in 1971. He died in an automobile accident in 1982.[16]   After her divorce, Dunham married Indonesian Lolo Soetoro, who was attending college in Hawaii. When Suharto, a military leader in Soetoro's home country, came to power in 1967, all Indonesian students studying abroad were recalled, and the family moved to theMenteng neighborhood of Jakarta.[4][17] From ages six to ten, Obama attended local schools in Jakarta, including Besuki Public School and St. Francis of Assisi School.[18]

I think a psychologist listening to Neil’s little opening monolog this morning would pick up on the insistence that “Some of us are just Better than others”.  Chuck Smith speaks in the same vein when he talks about God’s Chosen when he says “You know, if you’re God, you’re going to pick a winner, aren’t you?”  It sounds good till you actually start to break down the logic in strict Calvinist terms.  I have resisted this whole notion of Thom Hartman that Calvinism is “the justification of privilege and the privileged”.  But he may be right.  Personally I don’t think God cares.  I think he gave about as much thought, as we humans define the term, to creation is an artist throwing up Paint against the wall and calling it “Inspiration”.  Also a psychologist would pick up on this claim that “Everybody in this post modern world is trying to say that there are no winners and no losers in life”.  I know of no one who says this.  Now I myself have quoted the line from “Ramona” by Dylan of “If you really believe (what you just said) you know you have nothing to win and nothing to lose”.  Dylan said this because it was playing Devil’s advocate I believe, in saying “No pastor is EVER going to say that YOU are equal to them.  Their tongue would fall out first”.  That’s the whole point of the song.

All the Political Games

CH ONE - GAMES GOOD CHURCHMEN PLAY

You know, even if you're into "games" even games have rules.  Football has a referee to arbitrate things.  Thom Hartman and I agree that capitalism is like a football game With Rules, which means a Referee to make calls.  The government is not the quarterback.  The Supreme Court is there to arbitrate and not legislate.  On Harry's Law tonight there is a question of justice being "for the defendant" more so than the alledged victim.  You may not like this but that's the way it has always been done in this country.  Innocent until proven guilty, and all.  Certain inflamitory a prejudicial evidence is so destabelizing to the process that it blinds the jury to prejudice against actually Listening to Any Other Fact in a case.  In my life the Asshole from El Paso is a "man of the cloth a "reverand" who was poisoned against me I strongly suspect before we ever had a conversation.  His attitude tword me was present and apparent from the beginning.  I was just in denial for a while.  In the case of President Obama there may be evidence out the wazoo that he has been a good President and has brought about positive results, and you can cite either foreign policy evidence or military evidence or even economic evidence to well bolster these realities.  But the "transcendant truth" and transcendant means to "cut accross" meaning contextually in this case to "transgress" or "violate" the bounds of fairness and "jourisprudence".  So all a person really needs to know is 'He's BLACK, you know" with all that entails in the minds of so many with that "prejudicial provclivity".  The same goes for Trayvon Martin.  He's six foot three, a "buffed out basketball player" or worse yet a "mandingo" or something.  That's "All we need to know".  So the President is seen in the Eyes of Ted Nugent is as a wile Cayote who pees in your house.  So he says "It's not the Cayote's fault for peeing in the house.  That's only his nature.  It's the fault of the guy who failed to shoot him.  And so that's what the President of the United States has been relagated to.  An Animal.  In the case of Christianity it's based on an unproven fact.  But right now I'd like to ask you who is really more evil- - God or Ted Bundy.  We call a person Evil is he sets up situation where the victim suffers excrutiating pain and torment over as long as a period as possible.  The Perpitrator loves to "string out his pleasure in watching the victum suffer".  People who like to Watch their victim suffer over something they themselves engineered, we would call the most despicable Evil ones of all time.  But how is different from what God does.  He knows All ahead of time.  Even Neil Savedra wouldn't dare deny this theological axiom.  And since God already knows what will happen he must by his Own Laws- - - Not Intervene in the torturing and suffering of said victim.  And of course he Loves- - his victim so he just Watches him Suffer with not the slightest inclination or compassion to reach out and Stop the Suffering.  This is the God of Neil of KFI on at six AM on 640 AM every Sunday morning.  He cannot and will not deny the veritable truth of any of this.  I'm just saying such an evil Being - - I would not worship.  He wouldn't be worth spitting on.  I would not even care to know the depth of his own Depraved Thoughts.  (Selah)  I guess some kids can't handle their rage against this God whom they know better than any of their so called Christian guardians.  And I suppose if James Dobson met a kid who drew a picture like this he'd go "tisk - - tisk- - it must be the Evil times we live in today.  I just can't wait till Jesus comes back so I don't have to trouble myself another minute with all these clients I'm saddled with who don't know Jesus".

I'd have more respect for the clergy if I just didn't continually get the idea that all the time they were going through their whole day desperately denying there weren't certain Realities their own theology required them to blind themselves to.

The people who run campaigns must think we are all really dumb!  But the sad fact is that most Americans are.  Otherwise they'd never run such stupid ads because they would never work. This is Saturday May 26, 2012 and NBC news is on.  Chris Matthews was on at five and the Entertainment show was backed up to 4:30.  I noticed that “bullets’ wasn’t as apparent as it had been in the old word though I did see numbering.  They suggesting starting a line with an asterisk and it would turn to bullets to start off each line.  And it did.  Of course usually I “import” bullets from bullets in a paste and the question is how to turn them off.  In the news they say it’s more like the middle of summer on account of Hurricane Baryl off the Carolina coast stirring up the surf and ruining barbecues.  They say it will be one of the hottest Indy 500’s on record.  Fires have raved places all over the country.  I was looking at that weather storm map and there are almost no storms in the whole country except for a very few isolated areas.  Also snow on the ground is almost non-existent now, except for around Yellowstone ect.  Some say it’s strange that the President would attack Mitt Romney by name.  Chris Matthews was saying that Romney is trying to appeal to White women with kids but they are hypothetical people.  I guess if it were me jumping into that Romney add I’d walk up to that mother and say “Lady, what you need is a good dick.”  She’s say “I beg your pardon!” and I’d say “I mean a private dick, a detective to trace down your husband and get him to man up on child support so you don’t have to rely on Mitt Romney as a surrogate father figure”.  My message to Neil Savedra is “Don’t accuse me of using just a hypothetical example, because you may be in for a nasty surprise”.  In the case of Bane Capitol the “nasty surprise’ comes in the form of political adds and interviews of real people the Obama forces have in the can that they are so incendiary they don’t want to use them now.  They can wait until the last few days of the campaign.  This last minute stuff helped George W a lot in 2004 with the swift boat adds and that so called “fake military document’ that got Dan Rather fired.  And there was the Bin Laden tape, which had the effect of a campaign commercial for President Bush.  They say that young people aren’t turning out to the National Parks like they used to.  That’s sad.  I think California closed them all.

I had Leo Le Port on one or so till two only a part of that time I was drowsing, but caught the gadget guy.  After two I went down for coffee a little late.  Everyone was getting yellow cake so understandably I was a little P O’d when Laura told me “There is no more”.  I had the one cup of coffee and left in disgust.  There were the four remaining birds in the cage and they were chirping antimatedly.  I caught about fifteen or twenty minutes of Nascar racing on ABC and I guess Warkausky or somebody with a Polish name won, before running out of gas.  Then I put on the Nirvana “Unplugged” album and played everything except tracks 6, 9, and 14 and only hit the frirst 1:20 or track five.  Then I had Chris Matthews on the computer.  By now it was about 3:20.  There are so many political games being played.  I did not have any birther stuff on this morning’s posting because I didn’t hear it while I had the link up.  They still say that Trump is still into it.  It’s a good topic to pursue because there are all these witnesses Judy and others say keep cropping up to say the President was really born in Kenya and they alluded to some 1991 book.  I guess the bigger question is- - are there ANY direct witnesses who will attest to the President being born in Hawaii other than the production of that demonstrably bogus birth certificate.  Of this there can be no doubt.  That has been proven nine ways to Sunday by independent, diverse people.  What puzzles me is that if the Chris Matthews crowd is so democratic why they would not relish the idea of Romney getting on this Birther topic, rather than it making them very uncomfortable to even broach the subject, just as Romney is talking about his term as Governor of Massachusetts because it is “The Liberal state” and there is bad word association with voters.  They apparently did Saturday Night Live skits with Dukakis conceding the 1988 race before the election and even had Willy Horton with Donna Rice and saying ‘Thanks for the furlough, bro”.  But the Republicans have their games too.  For instance nobody who says oil prices have doubled under Obama has probably actually LOOKED at an oil price chart.  In the first place is the “United States is such a laughing stock” how come Europe has such higher gasoline prices than we do.  They say ours have fallen to $3.65 and we in California know of no such thing.  Many such as Romney have falsely quoted the President as saying that he wants higher gasoline prices to cut back on energy use.  They can’t get away from the Birther thing either because Newt Gingrich said a few months ago “Barock Obama was born in Kenya and so has that anti British Coloniest bias”, as though that were a bad thing.  Now they are trying to hold it against President Obama because he dislikes Camp David, which every other President has gone on retreat.  But Vetterans haven’t fared well at all in head to head national elections.  In the Presidential elections of 1992 and 1996 and 2004 and 2008 - - with a “Veteran against a Non veteran, the Non veteran won all four of those head to head contests.  (Selah)

In cosmic news- - relations between Burt Lombard and Mal Evans have thawed quite a bit in the intervening weeks since Burt was “down-sized”.  There was that thing last night where God told the Devil he was going to “downsize” Satan and Hell.  He said “I would eliminate it altogether except I need Hell as a threat to hang over the heads of my followers.  I noted the slogan after Ted Nugent’s card was “Ruling in Hell”.  The thing is- - if Jim Morrison rules Hell then Hell may be such a nice place people might actually want to come there.  There seem to be “signaling” conciliatory statements on both sides, but Mal still isn’t offering Burt his old position back.  But Burt after talking to Stewart a few days ago has come out pro Obama re-election.  Our side needs all the help it can get.  The problem with Obama is that there is no risk in Mitt Romney making any “mistakes” because the President’s poll numbers have only gone down, if anything.  Waiting for his numbers to improve is as exciting as watching grass grow.

We had what they call Salisbury steak but I call it Swiss steak, that is if it were actually made with round steak.  I used to make it at home.  But it’s a tomato based meat sauce, and there was rice and spinach.  I always like it when they have spinach.  We had vanilla pudding for desert.  Tonight KABC graced us with an actually NBA basketball game, so I guess they haven’t gone into their usual round three black-out period yet.  And it’s a good one between the Boston Celtics and the Philly ‘76’ers.  It s seems the Celtics and Sixers have met seven times in a game seven play-off.  In the previous six games Boston has won four and the Sixers two.  This game is being played on the Boston garden parkey floor.   The Boston Celtics have been favorites of my local Romulan friends, probably because they wear green uniforms.  The Celtics are not Pikes, who only “do” baseball and football in Boston, but not basketball and ice hockey.  So if you’re anti Pike don’t fear to rout for the Bruins or the Celtics.  OK, bye now, and have a nice evening.
