Juror B 37 - The Stealth Juror

We have learned more about Juror B 37 and let me tell you she is slick as she comes.  She’s a regular Delilah, “Who, little ol’ me?  Why - - I don’t know anything about anything”, except how to fool everybody.  First of all experts in psychological profiling, which am not so I’ll defer to others - - say that people who are excessively wrapped up in their pets - - lots of pets and who talk about them, perhaps as a destraction to put people off guard- - are often of an excentric personality.  Because she seldom mentioned her husband and never mentioned her daughters but went on and on about her many pets as if to say “I’m an animal lover so you know I’m not a bad person”.  But certain non verbal clues spoke volumes especially if like me you watched the video.  George Zimmerman was continually smiling and winking at her.  His smile grew especially broad when the attorney asked her about serving causing a problem and she responded “No, my husband said that he would take care of everything”.  One could interperate that more than one way.  She was described as “Nervous” and also “Intimidating to the questioners”, which is strange considering her demure manner.  Most telling to me personally was the report that when the prosecutor was giving his summation address, she looked straight ahead and took no notes while her other juror comrades were taking notes feverishly.  Expects in psychological profiling explain this as being “The symptom of a woman who has already made up her mind”.  Really the article was better at summing up the video than watching the actual video was.  This is the juror who doesn’t even now want to reveal her identity but to be referred to as Juror B 37, and yet this demure juror who avoids the media- - signed a book deal within 48 hours of the verdict.  This raises another question about her.  Because she is so completely articulate and unfocused- - along Sarah Palin dimensions - - how would it occur to such a woman to write a whole book?   But even more telling is her opinion of the Media.  She reminded me so strongly of a person in my life - - Judy, in saying that she doesn’t trust the media and never even turns it on most of the time.  Like Dr. Levy she prides herself in how little she actually researches the news.  But then she says “Because the media never tells you the Truth.  They slant the story one way or the other”, and then adds “And they never tell you the whole story”.  This would evoke a number of follow up questions for me.  Such as “How in the world can you even KNOW the truth?  What secret Pipeline to “The Truth” do you have that allows you not to turn on the media?   And I’d ask rhetorically,  ‘”And isn’t getting SOME of the truth even if you don’t get ALL of the truth - - better than getting NONE of the truth”.  Let me give you another more glairing example.  Suppose this juror had said “I don’t read Marcus Arelius’ blogs about the Federation any more because he never gives you the whole story”.  To which I would ask, “Whole story?”   I might bate her at this point and say “OK I’ll step down and you take the podium and tell all the rest of us what we Don’t Know”.   But again a psychologist said that a prosecutor would be scared shitless of taking on such a juror.  Especially in a case like this with a woman who seems “to live perpetually in doubt and accepts nothing”.  How is such a woman going to except the guilt of murder even if its staring her in the face?   And is this the same woman who had the husband as an attorney?  She is the one who twice spoke of “All the riots in Sanford, Florida” and she didn’t like that one bit.  But it’s as if she knew just which buttons to push because when she spoke of Trayvon Martin she spoke of him as “A boy of color”.  Hell - - I never even use that phrase!  Only a Black activist like Maya Angelo uses a term like that!  Again they never, even now showed her face but only Zimmerman’s all too telling silent cues.  (Selah)

Here’s the latest “household gadget” they’ll be advertizing on all the late night TV shows.  It’s the “smart surgery knife”.  It sniffs out the cancer cells like a blood hound and then it vaporizes them on the spot- - and then it analyzes the vapors and when there is no more cancer cells remaining it beeps sounding the “all clear” signal.  Never again will you have those embarrassing redos- - and having to explain to a frustrated patient “I didn’t get it all last time”.

There are “roaving gangs of trouble makers” trolling Holly Blvd out to be disruptive - -whom they were saying “Were taking advantage of the fact that Officers had been deployed to other parts of the City to handle protests of the trial.  There is always the possibility that these “roaving gangs” were paid, put up to the activities perhaps by tea baggers hoping to somehow profit from an adverse headline about Los Angeles, knowing so many protests concerning the Trial have taken place in this city.  Allan Dershawitz has stated that the Prosecutors in the Trayvon Martin trial should be disbarred for their inept conduct.  They were experienced attorneys and one female caller stated that “As a first year law student, I could have prosecuted this case a lot better than they did.”   Actually the prosecution used two preemptary challenges to get rid of two jurors - - but these challenges, normally you get twenty of them, are unconditional challenges not to be questioned.  Yet these two challenges were disallowed because “You have excluded too many White women”, even though the entire jury ended up as White women.  Some jurors stated that “George Zimmerman showed poor judgement and made bad decisions”.  Right there you have described exactly what manslaughter is.  It’s “making bad decisions” where someone ends up getting killed.  No mallace is even necessary to prove.  Others have stated that due to Florida’s long minimum prison sentence policy- - even a conviction on a lesser crime would mean a lot of time in the slammer.  Also the prosecution fought to get the many 9-11 tapes from Zimmerman’s 46 calls to them, into trial.  The judge said she would allow five to be reference- - but these five were never even played.  Besides this- - the Prosecution DECLINED the normal opportunity afforded them, to make a rebuttal to the defense’ summation statement.  I didn’t learn this till today.  It’s virtually unheard of.   Some of you may have a question about my attacks on “the media” myself.  There is a  BIG difference.  I have in mind exactly who I am referring to when I do this- and if you ask me I’ll tell you.  And it’s for being Stupid and denying things that are logically deducable from common knowledge.  I don’t get all my information from World Net Daily, and have no particular desire to read Ted Nugent’s article there.  We are on page eight now.  It continues to strike me as odd that anyone would say that taking this case before the Justice Department under Eric Holder would be a “leap” or a “heavy lift”.  Let me tell you a 102 old person with advanced arthritis would have no trouble negotiating this “big leap”.

One reason why the Federation wanted Steely Dan - - is because the Bela Tagis B people wanted to redeem themselves- - because Ted Nugent is - or was - - a Bela Tagis B, and they wouldn't want themselves to be associated with his actions.  Two other votes were taken.  Actually there is a vote on No 21, "The Tower" where Bob Seeger and Bruce Springsteen split the honors.  Actually the vote to unseat them failed but only narrowly.  The group that would replace them are the "Ohio Players".  As we have said both the "Ohio Players" and "Steely Dan" have been petetioning to get into the "ZAC Cannon" for decades.  It's a case of "always a bride's made; never a bride".   Steely Dan has never before been in the ZAC Tarrot Card deck cannon.  There was also a vote taken to replace Alice Cooper with "Kiss" and that one failed by a larger margin.  However Sirius B took their own vote and KISS got 95% of the vote and Alice Cooper got only five percent.  But the politics behind giving messers Seeger and Springsteen the boot - we have gone into before.  Their old home planet wants them back.  And some are inclined to let them go.  But the guardians of the groups themselves don't want to return to their home planet.  But Mal Evans was thinking it might be to his political benefit to make some kind of deal with them against their will - - kind of like a team trading a star player.  Mike Bloomfield is a major advocate for "cannonizing" the Ohio Players.

Today is Wednesday July 17, 2013 and the 25th anniversary of my moving into the apartment.  It’s also of course the Disneyland opening anniversary.  In terms of expected events so many of them we never seem to get.  On the soap opera Raphael Hernandez is still in the semi deep freeze, having not come out of his coma of over two months.  Nobody is talking about Princess Kate being about to give birth any more.  After five or six days now that story is getting stale.  I am unpleasantly surprised that new things are being learned about the Trayvon Martin trial all the time.  I missed the chance to go to Wall Mart this morning because I got the weeks mixed up.  But the thing is when all is said and done I still don’t have that much money to spend.  Keith asked me for a cigarette back and I was surprised because I’m pretty sure he refused me the one or two times I asked.  Keith just isn’t Keith any more these days.  This substantial weight gain has changed his whole personality.  In the soap opera, Adrian doesn’t know what to do with the Samantha tape because if she shows it to her Attorney husband he could be disbarred if he doesn’t report it to the police.  Now that Brady has (wrongly) concluded anew that Christine still loves him- - the who Eric video will completely torpedo any chance of that relationship, so once again Christine is made out to be a liar like when she says “I’m sick of revenge.  It only hurts me and it doesn’t work”.  I went down for coffee at ten after two and got one cup from Dora.  The birds sure know a lot of distinctive bird calls.  In the morning I went down for coffee in the courtyard and got two cups from Dora.  For lunch we had hamburgers after mushroom soup.  We had a banana for desert.  We didn’t have fries.  Housekeeping was by this afternoon.  I put away the clothes at two.  I wish there were something else in the news to get interested in.  All you get on the news these days is police blotter crime stuff.  There is nothing about the government and nothing about world affairs, and hasn’t been for a long time.  Now and then we get another hysterical report about sugar or the need for physical exercise.
